I’ve been professionally producing video media for over a decade. My life in the Rogue Valley has left it’s mark on my aesthetic and this page highlights some of the best stories I’ve ever captured on video and what they say about me as a professional.

Editorial Package – Common Block Brewing Company

I have years of experience conceptualizing content as well as producing it. In this series I took advantage of the many craft brews in production in the Rogue Valley to tell a compelling story of local brewers and wineries who take advantage of the local climate to deliver some of the best craft brews in the country. The series features graphic elements of my own design and all footage was shot and produced by me.

The automotive industry is one of the most demanding and dynamic work environments for a video producer. From consultations with the client, to production planning, and on-set videography, my eye for action and painstaking detail put the client’s mind at ease when they saw the final product.

As a journalist it is my responsibility and my pleasure to recommend local businesses to be featured in our weekly highlight packages, “Life is SO Good”. This piece features Chris Webber, owner of All Smoked Out BBQ in Medford, OR, where he serves up mouthwatering meats!

This video was produced for a local glass blower by the name of Chris Hurley, Hurley Glass. Often, during a video shoot, you have to deal with complications like intense light and high contrast. With careful planning and a lot of experience, I can adjust on the fly to compensate for potential issues in the editing process without sacrificing depth or compelling action.

If you live in the Rogue Valley, you might be familiar with Mark Freeman. When I took over producing for his show on KTVL 10, I learned the art of patience and gained a genuine appreciation for the outdoors and nature. Mark’s rugged knowledge about the Pacific Northwest combined with my non-invasive, documentary style filmmaking, made this a compelling fan favorite of Mail Tribune subscribers.

Video production is a great medium for seasonal promotions because of it’s ability to invoke personality and excitement for a product and that often means on-set coaching of talent. With years of experience working behind the camera, I’ve gained the ability to help my clients relax and enjoy the process of videography and marketing production.

This piece was produced in collaboration with the Artisan Project to raise awareness of the thriving artistic community in Southern Oregon that provides a key resource to local business owners in general who are looking to collaborate and grow their brand.
